Project Scope (The Magnitude)
Cultural and Sports Infrastructure
The project involves the construction and management of an integrated network of Museums and High-Performance Training Facilities. Our goal is to offer educational and sporting opportunities to young Asian talents, utilizing the renowned Brazilian football methodology.
Our Expansion Targets:
Vietnam: 3 Museums (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang) and 50 Cultural Centers with Football Education.
China: 9 Museums (Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, etc.) and 450 Cultural Centers with Football Education.
Projected Investment: $500 Million in infrastructure and operations.

Fundraising & Compliance: In Brazil, donation management and institutional stewardship are conducted by Placa Preta ICEA – Instituto Cultural, Educacional e Ambiental, ensuring total transparency and regulatory compliance.
Strategic Partnerships: Direct collaboration with local governments, NGOs, and major media outlets such as CCTV (China) and VTV (Vietnam).
